Previously, Mario ran a successful company in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, specializing in water damage, insulation, basement waterproofing, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation, where he held multiple licenses, including Asbestos Contractor, Project Designer, Inspector, Supervisor, and Lead Paint Supervisor.
